Detailed Property Assessment

Every property that we find from our research, will undergo a financial review. This will include the estimated cash flow, ROI, Yield ( if applicable), and the local demand in that area. For BRR'S we will also include an estimation of the refurbishment costs, so you know how much you will need to achieve your end goal.

Thorough Property Presentation

We will present you with a fully examined list of properties matching your requirements; including the money in, money out, photos and key metrics such as the profit at different occupancy rates, ROI and full breakdown of refurb (if applicable). Our team will be ready to answer any questions which you may have and a service fee applies to secure each opportunity.

Formidable Discussion & Offer Agreement

Once you have chosen the property that suits you best, we will then move onto agreeing the most favourable, so you are able to maximize your financial gains.

Contracts Agreement & Cooling Off Period

Once the contracts have been signed by all parties involved, and the sourcing fee has been paid in full. Then we will give you 14 days to conduct your own due diligence and research; to which we can offer additional support if required
